Introducing The Watercress Diaries

sensiblecatThe Watercress Diaries is a new blog I'm running jointly with my husband. It's intended to be a showcase for our efforts in the garden and the kitchen which, let's face it, don't interest everybody. I've moved away from LJ because this is very definitely not a fandom blog and it reflects Domestic Me. If that kind of stuff appeals, everyone reading this is more than welcome to join me over there.
I've been having great fun with my new MacBook and finally overcome many years of resistance to using a digital camera. It soon became very clear that food blogging without pictures isn't really good enough. For those who are already expert photographers, I crave a little indulgence while I learn the ropes. The interface between Flickr and the latest verson of iPhoto is certainly a great help.
Meanwhile, this will continue to be the home of my musings and meta, including anything to do with DW or Shakespeare (though the odd quote has already crept into TWD!).
