The Doctor's Pockets

Listening to a DW podcast yesterday reminded me that the recent Xmas special revealed something very important about the Doctor - his pockets are bigger on the inside. So, what does he carry in them?

Here is my list (I like to imagine that Martha Jones got the job of collecting and recording them when he was taken down for an emergency CT scan, and she was intrigued enough to rescue him from the hospital before Torchwood caught up with him again (of course, I shall probably be Russelled).
